OPI has possibly the coolest-ever Halloween partnership this year: a collection inspired by "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!" Whether it's the original Charles Schultz strips or the much-loved TV specials, Peanuts is an institution of American culture and I for one and super excited to see a collection inspired by it!
