The formula here was excellent. This was two glossy, cooperative coats. I am a total sucker for pale blues like this one. I Don't Give A Rotterdam! has a delicate look that makes it perfect for spring but the icy pastel blue tones mean it would be great in the winter months as well.
I noted in my post for the warmer version of this polish, OPI I Have A Herring Problem, that I thought this cooler-toned one would be more flattering on me personally and I think I was right. Both colors are really lovely but Rotterdam edges out for me between the two, although I think ultimately it comes down to a matter of personal preference/skintone.

DeleteI never got this one and now I am regretting it! The shimmer is what does it for me. I love when it is a contrasting shimmer.

ReplyDeleteI would agree that if you have one then you don't need the other. The only reason I have both is because I bought the whole collection online as a set listing. I would just go with whichever one you think will flatter your skintone most.

ReplyDeleteI would say they're very close finish-wise. Suzi's shimmer is more silver but the overall look/style is the same; very noticeable, sparkly shimmer that stands out against the base.

DeleteThanks for a great comparison to Herring Problem! I have that one and like it...but I don't quite love it. The differences that look so slight in the bottle really do show up on the nail, and this one may be better toned for me personally too. I mean, my wish list is out of control already--what's one more? >_<
