Neener Neener Nails Butterfly Kisses

I've got what is probably my favorite of all the Neener Neener Nails polishes I've tried so far to show you today: Butterfly Kisses! Butterfly Kisses is a sheer pink base with pink holo glitter, blue hex glitter and then--here's where it gets super cute--pink holo butterflies to provide this polish with its namesake. This is two coats of Butterfly Kisses over Essie French Affair,

How ultra girly and adorable is this?! Looking at this mani always put a little smile on my face. It's just so cute! The formula is great too. I didn't have to fish too much for the butterflies. The base is pretty sheer, so I think this polish is best suited for layering. All of the sparklies pop more over an opaque base. :)

You can purchase Neener Neener Nails from the brand's Etsy shop. Also, PSA: They are having a holiday special right now where all of their polishes are six bucks!

Neener Neener Nails Silent Night

I've got another Neener Neener Nails polish for you today! This time we'll be checking out Silent Night. Silent Night is a clear base with silver bar glitter; dark blue, light blue and purple hex glitter, plus a sprinkling of silver holo microglitter to top it all off. This is two coats of Silent Night over Sally Hansen White On, a white creme. I really like how this combo turned out!

The formula on Silent Night spreads evenly--no fishing for certain shapes or colors. I wanted to bring out all the different colors in this polish, so I love how they pop against a white base. I got quite a few compliments on this mani today too, which is always nice! I'm in a very winter-y mood lately and Silent Night fits that theme perfectly. (No snow here yet though, which I guess is good. I like the idea of snow more than the actuality--winter driving and having to wake up early to scrape off my windshield sucks.)

I'm really enjoying these Neener Neener Nails polishes so far. I have one more left to show you and it's probably my favorite one! I won't spoil the surprise for you just yet though. ;) You can purchase Neener Neener Nails at the brand's Etsy shop.

Neener Neener Nails Ice Princess

I've got a new indie brand to show you guys today: Neener Neener Nails! Although they are a newer brand, they already have a big and beautiful selection to choose from. You can purchase Neener Neener Nails at the brand's Etsy shop

I've got three of Neener Neener Nail's creations to share with you over the next few days and today we'll kick things off with Ice Princess! Ice Princess is a mint green jelly base with round and star-shaped turquoise holographic glitter. Blue and green are my two favorite polish colors, so naturally I love when they're combined into one gorgeous polish!

Even though it's a light-colored jelly, you can still build Ice Princess up to opacity alone with no trace of VNL. I would recommend giving this polish adequate drying time between coats though if you are going for a totally opaque look like I did here. I used three coats, but I think Ice Princess would look just as lovely with a more sheer application or layered over a nice pastel mint green. I really love the soft, hazy sort of look you get by wearing it alone though--very pretty and perfect for winter!
