China Glaze White Cap is a sheer white base with shimmering golden glassfleck. This originally came out in the Anchors Away Collection but is now a part of the core collection at Sally. I'm not usually a big fan of sheer polishes but I've had my eye on this one for a while. The gold in it is so pretty!
This is four coats of White Cap on its own. Other than its sheerness, the formula is good. White Cap is also fabulous for layering. Below is one coat over Lime Crime Peaches <3 Cream.
I can definitely see its appeal either way. It's rather unique too; you don't see a lot of white glassflecks out there!
What a beautiful polish! That's on my wish list now :)
ReplyDeleteGood thinking! :) It's sooo pretty!
DeleteI LOVE this one!!! One of my all-time favourites! :D
ReplyDeleteI can see why!
DeleteOoh I've somehow been blind to the beauty of this until now! Like you I'm not a huge fan of sheers, but the gold is so beautiful. Love it!
ReplyDeleteI was surprised how much I loved it because I avoid sheers so often. But this one is worth making an exception for!!
Deletehuh. I have never seen this. I love it.
ReplyDeleteIt's in the core collection at Sally. You should check it out, I think you'd really love this polish!
DeleteSheers don't usually grab me either, but those gold flecks are stunning!
ReplyDeleteThe gold is what makes it for me too!
DeleteI have this, it's so lovely, I really should wear it more often, thanks for sharing this beautiful polish x
ReplyDeleteIt's really such a beautiful polish, especially for layering! I love how it subdues bright shades without compromising the beauty of the manicure.
ReplyDeleteWell-said, Amanda! :)
DeleteWhite Cap looks gorgeous over the peach! I've had my bottle for a while and have yet to wear it.
ReplyDeleteI'm really curious to see what else I can layer it over too. You should bust out your bottle and give it a shot, I think you'd fall in love with it right away!
DeleteLayering polishes are always such fun :O)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful layering!
