Twinsie Tuesday: Skittles Mani

This week's Twinsie Tuesday theme is a Skittles mani. So I thought it'd be fun to do some rainbow Skittles with some of the colors from Deborah Lippmann's 80s Rewind Collection! (The only shade I didnt use from the collection here is the purple, Maniac.) They're all bright, high-gloss shades that scream summer!

Pinkie: Whip It
Ring finger: Don't Stop Believin'
Middle Finger: Walking On Sunshine
Index finger: She Drives Me Crazy
Thumb: Video Killed The Radio Star

Even without topcoat, these colors all look extremely shiny! With topcoat (I used DL's own Addicted To Speed), they look all glossy and squishy like gels! I love the finish on these and formula-wise, they're all very easy to work with. Video Killed The Radio Star is my favorite--such a rich blue with the intense pigmentation of a creme but the high-shine look of a jelly. Gorgeous!

I'll admit, at first I wasn't convinced this collection was all that special, but in person, the colors absolutely deliver. There are some truly excellent brights here.
