To mark the occasion, allow me to introduce you to one of my new favorite Butter London polishes: Fishwife! Fishwife is a pale blue linear holo and it's absolutely gorgeous! As far as I know, this polish is currently exclusive to Butter's website and is a US-only polish.
Isn't it beautiful? *sigh* I really cannot stress how much I adore Fishwife! I wore it without topcoat (wouldn't want to diminish that lovely linear holo at all) and was pleasantly surprised how well it held up. I wore Fishwife for four days and only had two small chips and a bit of tipwear by the time I took it off.
Fishwife is definitely worth tracking down online. I think it's easily one of the most beautiful polishes Butter has ever done!
I can't stop staring at my hands when I wear this one! I also put some of their PD Quick top coat on it and to my eyes the holo effect looked just as pretty. :)
ReplyDeleteThat's good to know! I mainly use Seche and sometimes it seems to dull holo, other times not, so I can never be sure!

DeleteCongrats on 500 and thanks for sticking with it. So many bloggers I have loved following are either gone, or drifted away posting less and then less. I really appreciate all the work it takes to keep blogging for us polish hounds! Fishwife is a great shade...it might have been among the earliest shades I bought from BL. I am trying to think if it was around the time of Alexander McQueen (right before he passed and it was called that)...and Yummy Mummy came out...cannot recall...
