Zoya Yasmeen

Zoya Yasmeen is a deep berry with vivid red shimmer. Yasmeen was originally released all the way back in 2006 as part of the Provocateur Collection but I received her as a Christmas gift from my friend James last year. The shimmer in Yasmeen is phenomenally rich and beautiful.

Yasmeen's formula is excellent. She is almost a one-coater but needed a second coat just to even out a few stray patches. Yasmeen is somewhat close in color to Zoya Valerie but the two polishes have completely different finishes; Valerie almost looks like more of a glassfleck compared to the more traiditional shimmer of Yasmeen. But for me, the shimmer is what really makes this polish. It gives the base color a whole new level of depth. It's definitely one of those "lit from within" shades. Yasmeen is really lovely and in my opinion, she's totally worth picking up!
