Deborah Lippmann Marnie

Deborah Lippmann Marnie is a pretty shade of ballerina pink. This polish originally came as part of DL's set for the HBO show Girls, which I really only bought because I had to have Hannah, but thankfully the other shades from the set are all lovely as well!

The formula on Marnie is pretty sheer, but it has a nice, workable consistency to it. So aside from having to use more coats than usual--I needed four in all--application didn't cause any headaches.

Marnie is a fantastic palette cleanser shade and a great, ladylike pink for any time of year. This was the shade I was looking forward to trying the least from the Girls set, so I was surprised how much I took a liking to it.

  2. I've heard different things about this one's formula, so I'm glad you liked it! :) My friend sold me her set, and then decided she wanted it again, so she bought another one, haha.

    1. Thanks Rach! I had read some pretty bad reviews for the formula on this, so I was prepped for the worst! I was pleasantly surprised that other than being sheer, it really wasn't bad at all. Hahaha, nice--Girls sets for everyone! I debated for SO LONG over whether or not to splurge on this set, but now I'm glad I did.
