OPI Teenage Dream

Annnddd now the song is going to get stuck in your head. You're welcome. ;) Teenage Dream was one of my earliest OPIs and still remains a huge favorite of mine. This sparkling pink and silver holo glitterbomb came out back in the Katy Perry Collection. It's about as girly as a herd of giggling Lisa Frank unicorns eating pink cupcakes on a rainbow and that is why I love it.

The formula can get a little goopy, so I suggest leaving some extra time between coats. I think this was four coats, although it could have been three--I can't remember! :-/

I used to wear this polish religiously when my stash was still quite small, so it was fun to bust it out again and remember how and why I love it so much. I always meant to get around to buying a back-up and now that the prices for it are higher, I really regret not doing so. It's such a cute, fun glitter and if you can get your hands on it for a reasonable price, I highly recommend adding Teenage Dream to your collection!

  2. I remember how hard I had to look to finally find this gem. I had all but given up hope at owning this beauty and then lo and behold, one day my local grocery had it. It was in with a bunch of other OPI's, but there it was waiting for me! I love this gorgeous glitter. You reminded me how much as it gets lost in a sea of other polishes.

    1. Don't you love it when you finally spot a polish you've been searching for? Such an awesomely fun feeling! I purchased my bottle back when the collection first came out, then saw it again about two years ago at the local grocery store. I seriously considered buying it as a back-up, but I passed and now I'm kicking myself for not getting a second one!
